What support do you offer after the website is launched?

After your website is launched, we offer an ongoing maintenance package. This package includes updates such as text and image changes, as well as uploading news articles and blog posts to keep your content fresh and engaging. However, major updates to the website's framework or structure are not included and would incur an additional fee. For these significant changes, we will provide a detailed estimate and discuss the costs involved.

Do you outsource any of your website design or development?

No, we do not outsource any of our website design or development. Instead, we have a dedicated team of four in-house web developers who work collaboratively in our office five days a week. This approach enables us to maintain open communication channels and ensures alignment across all ongoing projects.

Can you fix my current website?

Whether we can fix your current website depends on its platform and structure. As WordPress specialists, we excel in WordPress websites. Knowing if it's built with a builder or template helps us gauge possible limitations. Once we understand this, we can assess issues and determine if we're the right fit to help.
